1968 Camaro Rear Window Regulator Sheet Metal
 

Does anyone know of a place that makes or sells replacement sheet metal for the rear window regulator area. Someone proceeded to cut out this area on my car and i need a replacement.

Below is a shot of the perfect passenger side that I have. The driver side is the one cut out.

I was able to find a complete piece like the one in the link below but paying 400 for just that piece seems really steep.

put up a picture of the drivers side section, we are gutting a 69 right now and you may be in luck.

on the door jam, is that all the way to the lip?

Yeahs it's to the lip.

My car is at a shop right now getting welded and he's really good. Originally he wanted to do a flat close out panel and pin the windows but I want more function than that. The hardest part is all the grooving for the regulator mounts.

Let me know what you have.

this is what i have but i'll have to leave some room for the bonding strips for the differential cooler mounts.
