Firewall bulk connectors

Guy's finishing up the last of my wiring and just mounted the battery in the trunk and was wondering if ya'll used this type of connector to get to the stater, engine bay etc, and where did you go threw at,pics would be great if possible. THANKS!

Haven't used one but saw a writeup in Camaro Performers on this. They used a Moroso Thru-connector and went through the toe panel on passenger side. It put the cable at the proper angle to eliminate sharp bends etc. A little safety tip they also included is to put a rubber boot over the exposed studs after attaching cables. Hope this helps and gives you an idea.

I like to use the Moroso bulkheads too.

I have a question why is the negative pass through insulated like the positive ? If it wasn't wouldn't it be another grounding point? Or am I missing something??

For grounds I just use a 3/8" bolt. From the battery to the frame, crossmember to the trans, two engine to frame.

I agree, its a waste.
