Vintage air trouble shooting

Hey guys, I'm at the point in my a/c install where i was checking function. I have a vintage 3 knob billet controller which powers up and will change fan speed. The problem is i can't feel air at the defrost or upper vents. I'm almost thinking the vent blend door is stuck, or the controller is bad. Anybody have a similar experience?

There is a calibration procedure for the controllers that you might have to go through so the AC control module will learn the upper/lower limits of the controls. I couldn't find it on line, but a quick call to their tech line will get you the info you need. Basically, you have to ground the gray wire (by the relays) in a certain sequence while moving the controller knobs. Only takes about a minute to do.

What was the issue to help future people that search. I know I'll be installing VA soon.

Thanks,

Riddler
