Bumping this back up with a new price and some things adjusted.
The dogring T56 is still in the car, but I have a regular T56 ready to be installed, once the sale is pending. I also have various parts that are required to add electronic steering. I have been planning to do it for a long time, but have not had the time to do it. Parts will include a Toyota Prius steering column, the steering ECU, and a few shaft adapters. I also have a TCP bump steer kit that I have not installed. I will also consider delivering the car within a reasonable distance, provided a plane ticket back is purchased by the buyer (flight back to Birmingham, AL). Andrew |
Still shocked that:
1.) you're still selling it 2.) its still for sale I really enjoyed reading through the build thread multiple times. Sincerely hoping you can find the right buyer. I'd be interested myself if I wasn't neck deep in a '64 Corvette build that I desperately need to start a thread on. Best of luck with the sale!! |
Truth be told, I didn't really try selling the car very hard last time. I also think my price was high.
The car is really bitchen and I don't particularly want to sell it, but I am getting somewhat bored with it. I have some ideas for another build and the Cougar needs to go if that is to happen. I am open to any number of trade deals that would include some sort of LS engine as part of the deal. I am also open to selling the car as a roller if someone has their own LS (or Ford engine) they want to install. The Holley Dominator would go with it and it can run anything from a SBC, SBF, LS, Coyote, etc... Andrew |
Good Luck with the Sale Andrew !!!!!!

In addition to the Holley video, there were also a few articles written about the car. Bangshift.com: https://bangshift.com/general-news/c...lot-of-people/ Timelessmuscle.com: http://www.timelessmuscle.com/featur...ro-rat-cougar/ Scott Parkhurts also wrote an article about the perfect vehicle stance in Timelessmuscle: http://www.timelessmuscle.com/editor...killer-stance/ Cover of a Canadian trade publication: https://www.pro-touring.com/~andrewb/cougar/689.jpg Andrew |
Car now has a fully functional, speed sensitive, variable EPS.
