SC&C A-Body Control Arms????

Are there any A-bodies ('67 preferably) using SC&C control arms with the ATS spindles? If there is, can you give me your thoughts about their setup? Thanks!

I have their Stage II package, which includes the SPC adjustable arms, and Howe Tall-Balljoints.

Great quality, and design  The only downside is there is no bumpstop (not really needed in droop anyway) and you may have to grind a notch in your UCA mount on the frame.

Overall, I'm very satisfied, and SC&C was a great company to deal with.

From the looks of the control upper control arms, it doesn't appear that the QA-1 coil over setup can be used. Am I right with this assumption?

Upper arms won't have any effect on the use of coil-overs.

Keith Anderson's bad-ass '70 el camino has QA1 coil-overs and SPC adjustable arms.

Oh yeah, sorry I wasn't thinking. For a second I was thinking that the coil over shaft bolts into the upper control arm, but in reality it bolts into the spring pocket on the frame. My bad..... :_paranoid

Just a quick note. We offer the AFX tall spindles and our adj. upper arms as a package, StreetComp-AFX. They`re a great combination. Also one `64-`67 A body there`s usually no trimming required at all. Mark SC&C

We have a 67 Chevelle in our shop getting the SC&C arms with Tall AFX spindles.

It works great.

Tyler, would you be able to send pics of the install ([email protected])? I would like to avoid trimming anything if possible. Thanks

We will posting them on our site after we are done.

It will be in the project section.
