Ford 9” Width

What would be the width for a 9” Ford rear end for a 69 Camaro?

Depends on what you are doing.

Stock tubs, wheel offset and width, etc

Replacing my stock 10 bolt using the existing leaf springs. What should the housing size be? How many inches is the width of the housing?

Wherever you're getting the 9" from will be able to tell you what the stock width is, if you wanted a direct replacement. Many of us narrow the rear end housing a little, for more of a lip on the wheel if you're getting new wheels.

I’m looking at one and it’s 52” from flange to flange and the stock width for the 69 Camaro is 59”.

So 52” should work?

Short answer is yes, 52" WMS to WMS will work, as long as you buy wheels accordingly..
Mine is 53", I also tried my wheels on a 52" rear end on another car, however my wheels are 12" wide with a backspace of 5.25". So if wheels this wide aren't in the plan, then you may want to go a wider rear end.

I am planning on going with wider wheels over the stock 15”x8” Rally’s in the back and wider then 15”x7” Rallys up front. Thanks for the back space information, very helpful. I’d like to run 17” all the way around as I’m planning on going with bigger brakes.

Are you going to autocross? I like square wheel and tire packages so I can rotate tires easily. Pick your wheels out first. Mock it up and then measure, then you can get the rear end right the first time.
