bent sub frame

Hi Guys

I need a little help, seems I have a little tweak in the stock subframe and am having trouble with the sheetmetal from this, does anyone have dimensions that i can use to check it and see how bad it is, if its not to bad i will have the frame shop pull on it, if its way out i may have to buy a new one. Oh its a 68 camaro.

thanks for the layout, i will try to take some dimensions and see whats up frame is in the car with motor installed so it may be dificult.
