Y block on fuel lines or not
If I just run the fuel line into one of my rails and then run a crossover to the other and then a line out of it to the fuel regulator is that any different then running a Y-block then a line to each rail and then two lines to the regulator?

Do you have to run a return style fuel system? I'm going to dead head my system.

Efi
Can you give a little more info? Engine, pump. injector size? Batch fire or sequential?

SBC, 55# injectors, sequential, 12 psi of boost, SX fuel pump, 650 hp, will be running a return line

I'd go with the Y and feed each fuel rail separately, in parallel, the way Aeromotive recommends. Especially if you have a big fuel pump. I plumbed it that way in a twin turbo engined car I had using the same pump as you and never had a problem.

This car has a dead head system, made 814rwhp.

actually made more than that, but that idiot has no idea what he's doing! :D I've always preferred to Y the lines going into the two rails equally, versus running one side in , crossing over, and feeding the second rail. Jody |
run a Y .
helps keep fresh fuel and even line pressure on both sides. i run a Y on my system http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c9...y/DSCN0894.jpg |
Fuel Delivery
I would recomend using a Y to feed the back of the rails coming out of the front into a T style EFI style regulator, returning to the tank. the large injectors and pump will contribute to hydraulic issues that you wouldn't see with a smaller system. IMHO.
