If you want to hide all of that, you're best bet would be have a couple runs of conduit (for the lack of a better term) from the front to the rear. With a couple of 1" runs, all the wiring and brake and air ride plumbing could be contained inside of it. You could paint it to match the bottom of the car... or run it up in the tunnel... or, if you have a full console tha runs from the dash to the back seat, it could be inside the car.

Just a thought, I recently looked at a car that was done that way and it looked good.
