It's the GM E38, the stock computer for the LS7. We talked about doing the relearn if it was necessary. We hooked it up to a TechII and a scope, there's something wrong with the ECM as there's 5V present on C2-64, the input/sense for the CMP. I tested the harness and it's defintely not the problem.

From the symptoms, this problem has been there since the first time I started it. There's no signal from the CMP (because it's always high), and after cranking for 8 seconds, the ECM puts in a known number to limp it. It's always taken 8 to 10 seconds to start.

We'll see what Speartech has to say in the morning.
