I found where my Recaro seats worked best for me and bolted them in as low as I could get them and there's no adjustment. I'm not too worried about the seats not being in the right spot for other drivers.
And nobody rides in the back seat, so that's not a concern for my case, but I can see where that would be something that needs to looked at.
