Rich, I finally took a few minutes to look at my 2006 LS7 schematic, and the pin out for the throttle body:
Pin A - Brown
Pin B - Yellow
Pin C - Tan/White
Pin D - Dark Green
Pin E - Lt Blue/Black
Pin F - Purple
That may or may not help you, but I thought I'd throw that out there.
