Brandon, there are known fitment issues when you combine 2" drop spindles with rear steer applications like the 67-69 F-bodies and 68-74 X-bodies due to interference between the steering arm and/or tie-rod end and the wheel. There are three different lengths of steering arms, however regardless of which arms you have, I think yours are going to hit.
I run about 5.06" of backspacing on an 18 x 8.5 wheel with stock spindles and it's close but not too close. There are plenty of reasons to go with drop springs instead of drop spindles, and that's just one of them.
The rear could be close on either side depending on how centered your rear axle is under the car, but plan on rolling the fender lips for sure. How much drop will also have an effect on your overall fitment, but I assume you'll be matching the front more or less.
