This is a prime example of too many layers of management. This 'Chevy' garbage is a product of guys in suits sitting around creating committes and calling meetings so they can justify their positions.
There are two types of people in the corporate world - those who generate revenue and those who consume revenue. I'll give you one guess which side these guys fall on.
This is just disheartening. GM has had plenty of bad press with the bailout and .gov purchase of the majority of their shares. WHY would they consider doing anything like this that will ONLY result in more cynicism.
