Did the deck lid sit low in the opening before installing that. The reason I ask is my deck lid sits slightly high and Im wondering if maybe a different set of hinges might give me that adjustibility or if I machine the mounting pad on the hinge to drop it down.

Thanks Rich. No shim on the hinge that's just a sharpie mark on there. Do you have the rubbers installed? If so does it fit without?

Matt, I had to do the deck lid and the quarters. My lid had the skin installed a little off plus it was galvinized so it was a pain to weld on. Try to avoid welding on the lid and work the quarters. I use 1/8" rod and also just fill, depends on how far I have to go. This lid was the worst part I had to gap on the car so far.
