Looks like it is inspected and sealed and ready to go.

Way to go #9.

That safe release is funny. I'm not sure you could even close the trunk with your big ass inside if you were paid money to. Well at least if Greg, Tony and Todd all got stuck at one time one of them could stand on the others shoulders and release the trunk to get to safety. Good thinking.

Jason,

That thing looks outragious, got a quick question for you, I noticed what appears to be a shim, I think, between your deck lid and hinge mount. Did the deck lid sit low in the opening before installing that. The reason I ask is my deck lid sits slightly high and Im wondering if maybe a different set of hinges might give me that adjustibility or if I machine the mounting pad on the hinge to drop it down.

Nice progress, gaps are a blast .......... not.........

I'm working on mine now and have a question. The trunk lid looks as though you closed the gap on the lid edge. Did you just add weld or us a rod and fill?
