Mine is different but simular. I remember the conversation but lost your contact information. I designed and built my own system to solve my ABS issue.
I'm also using a ZR-1 bearing and making a axle shaft that stub shaft on the end of it. Mine is a two part system. A steel part that welds to the axle tube and a aluminum spacer.
This system fixed my biggest rear axle problems.
- Brake Knock Back
- Rear axle leaking
- ABS signal faults
- Robust parking brake
After I did this my ABS signals were rock soild and it worked flawlessly at OUSCI this year.
Your kit looks nice. I wish you would of had it last year it would have saved me a lot of time...
