No. A hermaphrodite has portions of both sex's external genitalia. These people are fully female in appearance, and their external genitalia are fully female, but they possess an XY chromosome. They tend to be quite attractive as they are, hormonally, 100% female.

During puberty, CAIS women develop breasts, but little to no pubic hair (pubic hair development, in both females and males, is due to testosterone), but they do not begin menstruation due to the lack of a uterus.
