Where did you get this "fact"? I'm very content with my "appearance". I just don't base my life around how I look or what I weight. I base it on how I feel. That is not a knock on anyone either.
My point is that you can look "fit" and still be internally unhealthy, deficient or unbalanced. You can look like P90X Tony Horton or Tony Little (Remember him?

) but can still have toxic 'fiber' constipating you or be poisoned with formaldehyde from diet coke and still 'look good'.
But the good news is you can still eat bacon, butter and eggs and pass for an underwear model if that's what you desire.
