It's a roped off designated area where anyone who thinks they have a chance at winning SMOY or SROY will be parked, and judged. It's a packed mad house

Some people actually pull the same car in there two years in a row, people also put cars in there that fall into neither catagory, some people also put cars in there that wouldn't win a top 100, let alone a top 5,
. Just some of the reasons why it's so packed,
