The UPS delivery guy that stops at my house is great.
I just had issues with a few people at the office where I had to ship a couple packages. That's my biggest pet peave - you go into a place of business and they act like you're bothering them.
Oh, and I should note that I shipped via UPS because it was billed to an existing UPS customer account number.
