The overall ceiling is just under 12' I think it measured 140"
The garage door I removed the standard motor and low hanging tracks, installed a liftmaster wall mounted motor and spring, and re-routed the tracks up higher to the ceiling. My buddy is on garage journal steady and gave me the idea. The door does not open fully, but it opens about 90%. (The bottom of the door hangs down from the opening about 12") But theres more than enough room to drive a car in. Maybe even an SUV.
