You're right Bill, I went with 6" of backspace. I also agree 100% that using someone else's numbers is a huge risk. I'd highly recommend getting your wheels and tires then fab a test fixture to mount the wheels up in the wheel wells where you want them and measure the overall width of the rear end (including the thickness of the rotor hat, which in my case with Baer Eradispeed is .250" per side).
