Haven't used one but saw a writeup in Camaro Performers on this. They used a Moroso Thru-connector and went through the toe panel on passenger side. It put the cable at the proper angle to eliminate sharp bends etc. A little safety tip they also included is to put a rubber boot over the exposed studs after attaching cables.
