Some plastics don’t need adhesion promoter. Cut off a small piece and place it in water to see if it floats. If it’s a floater you need promoter.... If it doesn’t float then no ad pro is needed.
Presta Scuff Stuff is a good way to prep parts. Then apply a good epoxy primer such as SPI.
