I'll say the same thing I did before-
I got on the call list, then I forgot about it. Tyler didn't- he called me up, I ordered a set, and shortly thereafter a very professional product shows up. To wit:
1. Great packaging, obviously not cheap. It was obvious that they cared about me getting undamaged parts.
2. Great instructions / handout / catalog (considering their limited product line). In color, with good pics. Anyone bought a set of $1000 (fill in the blank) only to find a copy of black & white instructions?
3. And best of all- very good looking pieces that matched what they said they were going to deliver.
And no- no one here is above scrutiny. You either learn from your mistakes (if you made one), or you die by them. We all love ATS, LD, DSE, MD, GPSS, Morrison, AAW- but they're not above being called out when the poo-poo hits the fan. BUT- If you notice, that doesn't happen much becuase they have proven to be good vendors to the hobby. That's very rare in the automotive aftermarket!
OK- soapbox over.
