Sorry to hear about the cancer. My wife went through this 3 years ago, and I had some melanoma removed last year. We're both doing great, and I hope the same for you.

The car progress is impressive, good job.

I dont know witch is it, more cancer or info of having cancer. But it seems that its everyday thing.
Still FCK the cancer!! Hope all goes well.

Car progress is killer. Same stuff I've been doing 5 years now, still learning everyday and opening the view perspective of what can be done. I also have cnc-machining at work.

Abut printing, how do do cut a design to printable pieces? Friend of mine uses Luban-program. That pretty clever, I've just draw up a thin grid of 20"x20" (my printer bed) at offset plane and used it as cookie cutter.

Thanks guys.

Yeah the cancer part sucks. It was caused by environmental stuff traced back to my days at the WTC during 9/11. Luckily surgery to remove and I should be good to go.

SuperB, I'm using Fusion for all the design stuff including cutting stuff to printer size that way I can design in locating tabs and slots to glue together after the print.

So we are doing this the same way.. I've old CR10S5 w/large (20x20x20") print area, I modified it to do good stuuf like soft TPU, PA12 and PC. (Self leveling, direct drive (hard nozzle 572f/300c) and full size 220V bed heater(max 572f/300c)

Really glad to see progress on this great build.

Hate hearing about the cancer diagnosis. Best of luck beating that crap.
