i found a snap on socket in my engine

no joke at all
my engine ran great no ticks knocks leaks ect.pulled it out for the resto.
i pulled the intake off and found a full size snap on socket rolling around the valley/lol i almost fell over.the ratchet was apart at this point.everything was there except for the 2 screws/

the ratchet had initials on it/it was an older jasper engine from years ago.
the best part about the deal was the snap on guy rebuilt the socket and its like new for free/lol

anyone ever heard of this crap
