Alright folks don't forget to tune in this weekend for Powerblock on Spike. You can see Ty and myselfs ugly mugs, next the beautiful Courtney Hansen. She worth watching for , lol

I just searched for Power Block on my cable and do not show it? I guess we do not get it? What channel? What time?

Your suppossed to be working Frank not sitting on the couch, lol

Its 11AM to 1PM on the Spike Channel. It airs in the commercial breaks between Extreme 4x4, Muscle Car ,Trucks, and Hot Rod TV

I feel like a idiot, I was looking for a show. So it is a "BLOCK" (DOH) of shows! As you can tell I do not watch it, LOL!

I got it on Tivo.

Sure looks like your hand is on her .... in that picture!
