Default hydraulic clutch question

I have a tko 600 with mcleod hydraulic throwout bearing and a twin disc mcleod clutch. The pedal is very stiff.i have an ATS master cylinder bracket so i guess i really cant change the location of the master on the clutch pedal to increase leverage.Does anyone know if say a spec stage 3 clutch would be alot softer pedal feel? Its so bad i almost want to go automatic.Or could i have a linkage made to change where on the pedal the master is being depressed?

Even a small change at the pedal will have a big effect on effort. Can you make another hole an inch higher than the one you use now?
