For Christmas, I gave my Dad a new addition to the family. (yeah, yeah. I know. You'll all say what a nice son, but the catch is he has to pay me back for it! Well, it's 1/2 his, 1/2 mine) A '69 Dodge Coronet R/T convertible, 440 Ramcharger. I've had it a couple weeks, but didn't want to let the cat out of the bag, so kept it under wraps. Chevy runs in my blood (literally), so I never have jumped into MOPARS. Always loved the MOPAR P/T builds though. Im surprised how much this is growing on me. It is a really fun car. Especially for a bone stock car. But, against my nature, it will remain original, due to its rarity.
It's the first time I have seen him speechless. My father is not a car addict like I am. He just likes to drive em. Unfortunately, that means I will do all the work, etc, etc. But it is fun to have in "the collection" - (Thats what I call it now that I have more than 1 car.
