Default SEMA 2007 John Parsons / Chevy "II MUCH" Interview

I still have a hard time believing John Parsons built this car as an excuse to learn how to weld...

JP - you Rock Star! Hopefully you made it back to Florida with no snags.

Another great interview from V8TV.

One of these days I'll get to see this car in person! I may have to go to Florida to do so though.

John is one of the nicest guys, and his car is probably THE nicest homebuilt car I have ever had the pleasure of seeing.

I fully agree! jp has always been one step (at least) ahead of me during my build and has always been willing to answer all my first timer questions...he's a great guy and a true asset to the pt community!!

Kevin, thanks for all the interviews!!

Default Thanks all

Way cool! Thanks everyone!

Kevin, nicely done. I was a bit nervous about how I look on camera, but you did a good job of just "talking about cars" with me.

Kenny, it was a pleasure to meet you Friday night. Next year we'll have to try and get together earlier in the week.

Can I have your autograph now??

Good to see you John, you're a class act and your car ranks up in my top 5 favorite cars of all time.

John,

I'm sure there were about a million more things to talk to you about on this car, but for being the last SEMA interview in a long week, I could barely put two sentences together. I'm just glad I had the chance to spend some time with it in person. And you're an inspiration to everyone who wants to try something but doesn't know where to start... we all have "automotive art collections" in our garages!

Not sure how many of you have gone to Parson's site, but I recommend you do so. Take a look at all the fabrication that went into this car, Unbelievable! Forget the fact it is a "Garage Built " car. This car screams bad ass - the fact that it is a "Garage Built" car just makes it that much better!! Not to mention John is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. No ego or attitude - Just straight up cool!! Props to you John - much deserved credit for a long road traveled! I'm glad I was able to see it in person finally!
