Default Wishbone Type Suspension

Hey guys, I'm a newbie here, but part of a lot of other forums. However seems like the suspension tech over here is pretty top notch, I had a question regarding wishbone suspension.

I'm build a Silverado, and it's well under way, but I want to change plans for th back half and I'm currently contemplating a Wishbone setup, lower parallel bars then the top wishbone meet above the center chuck on the rear end and the other end meet above the lower bar mounts. My question is, how durable is this setup? I plan on putting a lot of power through this thing, and I want it to handle well, but still be able to bring it up to the strip every once and a while and launch respectfully. So am I better off running a triagulated? Reason I steering away from parallel 4 link is because I'm limited on my room due to the 20x15s on the rear. If I do the wishbone I was planning on Johnny Joints for added strength, but still need some opinions as to whether it is a stout setup or would I be better off looking into a triangulated 4 link
