Default DSE Mini Tub?

How are the location of the front of the leaf spring moved in? I know that the rear are moved with the off-set shackels. Just trying to decide if I should buy this kit.

Thanks

The physical location of the front spring hanger is in the factory location. If anything the spring would not be centered on the bushing. This applies to first gen not sure of the others.

The front of the spring does not relocate. There is enough movement in the hangers to enable the spring to line up with the offset rears.

I wanted to see how the relocated springs looked and how bad of an angle it is. Thanks for the link.

The DSE Hangers actually straighten the angle of the spring (not that it matters). From the factory, the frame rails and springs angle to the outside of the car toward the rear.

I saw this on another site, thought it was helpful..

Stock leaf springs look (similar although a bit drastic) to this / \

DSE offset shackles make the leaf springs look like this ! !

Thanks for the info. I had always thought there was major fab work required for the DSE kit. Looks like you could get a body shop to install the tub and do the rest in the driveway.
