Default survivor 69 camaro for sale

This is the other car that I am selling so that I can finish my 68 pt camaro.

It is a 69 camaro, real deal survivor. It is grenada gold with a white vinyl top and white seats with black carpet. It is just a 327 camaro, 2-barrel, automatic car. No SS, RS, Z28 I bought the car from a guy in Wisconsin who had it for about a year. He bought it in California as a lifetime California car. I am only the 4th owner that I could find. I have the original owners manual with the car, protectoplate, and just some neat documentation.

I bought it because it is an unmolested original style car that would be an awesome start to pro-tour. My thinking was that I would be better off to start with this instead of try to undo other shoddy work. The paint is kind of dull with some chips. The thing is so ugly it is almost beautiful! The 69 really is the 32 ford of this generation, and I thought I would do this to the max. LS7, DSE subframe, etc. I just can't find a way to hold this until I finish with my 68.

Give me a call and I will answer any questions that you may have.

I am in Cumming, Georgia (30 minutes north of Atlanta) and the price for the car is $22,000.

I also have a 67 chevelle for sale that I listed over the weekend ($17,750).

Click "sets" beside my "cfwjr1974" to see either the chevelle or the camaro.

Thanks,

Chuck Welch

Very nice. Really like the 67 Chevelle, also.

Default thank you!

If you know anyone looking for these types of cars, please let them know about mine. They are both really great foundations to get going. I looked at probably 35 cars before I bought these. Chevelle, 5 years ago, camaro, 4 months ago. I covet XCYZ's 69 with the LS7, and that was my plan with this one. But, oh well...........

Chuck, is the body original, meaning original panels. Repainted or not? Has the car been wrecked? Have you talked to previous owners?

Default condition

i have not talked to the original owners. i, and others who have looked at the car believe the quarters and all sheet metal to be original. it has never been wrecked (to my knowledge, and there are no signs that it has been), and according to the guy i bought it from it was repainted in about 1979 or so.

it is an extremely clean car. i believe it is only this good because it is really not a desirable model that would have been on a person's radar 10-15 years ago. pro-touring has made these cars the most desirable now because you can do whatever you want.

it is probably as good as you will find for a 39 year old car. at least that was my thinking when i bought it. i know that the better the car you start with, the better car you have when it is finished.

let me know if you have any other questions, and i will try to answer them to the best of my ability. i appreciate you responding to my pm, too.

Chuck

Default It is deal time!

Same story as the Chevelle......

The "be-backers" have not made it, and a couple of guys can't find the money. Everyone that sees this car wants it, but no one can find the cash as of yet.

My loss is your gain!

$18,750 buys it, and I need to sell.

Thanks,

Chuck
