Question Wheel recommendations?

We are building a nice PT 69 Camaro with DSE Quadra Link & Hydroformed sub frame. I want a 20" wheel in the rear and 18" front. Can anyone recommend a great looking wheel that doesn't take forever to get? Thanks! I love the Torque Thrust look although I know it's a bit overdone.

How wide wheels? 20 X what? What is your budget?

We have some great special deals on Boze

bozeforged.com

Or Forgeline

Forgeline.com

both much more unique then TT2s

I'm obviously biased but a set of Rushforth Fuels would look killer on there! They aren't exactly retro like the Americans in the rendering but they have a similar 5 spoke profile and feel that would appeal to your theme.

They can even be powdercoated a variety of finishes to look more subtle like the cast finish in the rendering.

Have you seen that setup on another 69? If your using the DSE sub you should take advantage of a 10" tire, IMO.

Are you mini tubbing?

Myth...

Look at Viper, and Vette, and all the other super cars that run 10" wide fronts...

The 10" front is fine. the bigger tire does have a tendancy to chase the lines in the road a bit, but nothing you cannot handle. With a 10" rim you will run a 275 tire. We run 295s on the front of 3 of our personal cars with no issue.

We are running a sale on the Rushforth line right now. 10% as of now. But with s few more orders it will go to 15% off. So jump on board and save some cash to spend on some tires.LOL.
