Default High School Nova

Hello everyone, my name is nick, im from Quincy,il. Im 17 years old and still in high school. I got a 72 nova a few months ago. i am the third owner. The nova was bought brand new at Mel Bunnell Chevrolet in Pomona,Ca (which if anyone has a Mel Bunnell Chevrolet name plate contact me) the original owner had the car untill 2004, then it went to mississippi, then to illinois.

The Car
all original but the 17 inch american racing torq thrust
350 auto
had a black vinyl top, but was cut off by second owner cause was faded, so he painted the top black

The Plan
Classic Industries 69-71 black seat covers, headliner, vinyl floor
SIRIUS Satellite Radio in glove box
CPP big brake kit
full Hotchkis kit
paint it back to original code 14 sliver/ with a black vinyl top
and maybe down the road a ls2 engine

Nice ride very clean

Check out the Fesler Built project nova if you are looking for any custom ideas. We kept the car stock but added a lot of cool features to it.

Good luck on the project looks like a fun one

Nice Nova,
Im 22 now, but I got my Nova when I was 16. I have to say that having a project such as these cars is invaluable at our age. Mine tought me to get a job, save money, work on cars, gave me a ton of determination and pride, and even in a round about way got me a full ride scholarship to UTI as well. Good luck with yours
