This is great news!! I hope all the plans roll out as planned. This type of venue I has been needed for sometime in the Bay Area. Ever since the closing of Baylands/Fremont Drap Strip street racing went out of control there for awhile. I moved away about 10 years ago but like anywhere I know it still goes on. They need to realize people are going to race so we need to keep everybody safer and keep/open new tracks.

That'd be great if it happens. Just don't try and add a waterpark to it. Look how disgusting that bay water is.
