Thats pretty cool Barry, something different.

How'd you go about getting a greencard to live there? Is a dream of mine to live in the U.S for a while and enjoy some of the fine cars there, but getting a greencard seems impossible. Let a fellow aussie in on your secret.

Default Maverick and Aussies

G'day Barry
Weird coincedence I was looking for Maverick info when I found your post. I am also Aussie but living in Canada B.C I am heading out tomorrow to look at a project Maverick for myself.I work at Killer Customs (killercustoms.ca) so thought it's about time I get a Pro-Touring project underway. The car I am looking at is caged tubed 9" mustang 2 front big brake etc etc so a good starting point. I to had some cool cars in Aus, Boss Mustang,6-pack charger and cool 73 Fairlane. Will keep you post if I buy the car.

Cheers Jay

G'day fellas,
Firstly for Bazza, Sorry to hear you had to sell a nice lookin ride. Since you sold off your Bad Mav project, have you started anything else? Another Maverick?

Secondly, I have recently become the proud owner a 73 Grabber which was once owned by my brother. He, unfortunatly, lost his life in Iraq in 2007.

The car currently lives in my uncles shed just outside of Boston, MA. I'll be looking at shipping it here, to Melbourne, VERY soon.

Before I do though, I'd like to gather some more info on the Mavericks. Is there anything like a "Gregory's" or "Haynes" manual for these cars there? Any help would be great.

Kozzy from Melb, AUS <---freakin WOG! LOL

Have you joined mmb.maverick.to or www.fordmaverick.com? Those are both really good sites with extremely friendly and helpful people. Tons of tech info on there as well. I'm a member of both.
