Default 1977 Olds Omega springs

hi all,
my wifes "new" Olds Omega from 1977 needs a little pimp
i search now for new leaf springs rear and coil springs in the front.
but all, Hotchkis, PST and so on, have no Olds Omega in their lists.
i think, the leaf springs are the same as Firebird or Camaro.
in the front fits the springs from the Nova´s ?
is this right ?
any ideas welcome

Are the front Coils 4.5" or 5" diameter? Any idea what spring rate you want?

Not sure on the rear leafs. If you just want stock replacement, check out JCwhitney. They may even have a heavy duty 5 leaf replacement, .

Everything under your car is exactly the same as Novas. Global West makes a lot of stuff that fits under there and can advise you of all the GM stuff that interchanges with it like F bodies. Eaton Spring might be able to make you leaf springs too.

Be careful with the Nova stuff. '75 and up parts will fit, but the '74-prior year springs will not. The front end of the '75-up cars is basically like a 2nd Gen Camaro, but the actual subframes do not interchange. I believe the early cars used 5 inch diameter springs, same as a 1st Gen Camaro. '75-up use 5.5" diameter springs, as do the 2nd gen Camaros.

The rear springs, from what I have been able to find so far, are the same acroos the board (68-79 Nova/Gm clones, 67-81 Camaro/Firebird). Of course there are many different spring rates.

Great looking car, BTW. I'm thinking M5 style performance!
