I'm running a 468 bigblock with a elec water pump and drop brackets to help keep the engine compartment looking clean. I want to smooth the firewall and have nothing showing under the hood except the motor. I am going to do late model leather seats, custom dash, and a custom consolem, custom paint, etc.
Some of questions are -
What is the best wiper motor replacement?
What are options for eliminating the heater box, but still have heat?
What are some of the easier late model leather/power seat conversion? ( I need a front and rear seat set or possibly 4 buckets)
Does anyone sell a rubber front and rear window trim kit? (to eliminate the chrome)
Are there real advantages to running tubular A-Arms?
Is there a good inexpensive 4 link set up?
What are the best shocks - coil overs to run with stock suspension?
For an 18" front and 20" rear wheel combo - what are the best width and backspacing to use?
Let me of any other good upgrades ya'll would recommend.
Thanks for you help, I'll post pics of my progress.

1-i think "detroit speed and engineering" make a nice one that is small and has delay
2-Vintage air?
3-usually people go with an aftermarket seat such as recaro, i havent seen many camaros with other OEM's seats. I have seen quite a few with just the later generation camaro buckets
4-The chrome is attached to clips that are held onto the the body. To eliminate it the only way i know of is to use bigger custom made glass known as flush fit glass that has the blacked out area around it like late model OEM cars. There is a company on here that specializes in it, cant remember the name though.
5-A-arms you can buy adjustable ones that have advantages like no alignment shims as far as solid tube ones they are stronger and might have slightly better geometry but i would say nothing huge to gain by themselves IMO..
6- 4 link setup i think the Detroit speed one is badass but for the money i say the AirBar (with air bags)or "Gbar" (for no air ride) from Air ride tech..
7-Coilovers i dont have alot of experience on those i have air lol..
8- My opinion i hate 18-20 combos but you need to determine obviously if you car is tubbed at all or has a narrowed rearend which to run 20"s is a must. 20's look reeeaallly goofy on a 67 68 with stock width rear and no mini tubs. 18's up front should be no prob at all i think about an 18x8 with a 4.5" backspace but you need to measure it yourself about 5 times before you order..
This stuff is just my opinion hope it helps.. if you want to do any kind of big wheels i recommend mini tubs as a major upgrade..there is not alot of room on 67-68's and with a big block youll need traction.. also I don't know what your doing with the street rod theme with the leather and custom dash and console and stuff. We try to keep it real around here. Look up Bad Penny 67 camaro for some inspiration in the right direction lol...
