Default what fuel pump to use?

Hey guys just wondering what fuel pump and filter should I run? I am running a stock LS1 with some LS6 goodies (cam, rockers, intake) and using a carburated stainless narrowed fuel tank.I know I know change the tank but I am going to use what I got so Im going to sump the tank and run an external pump and filter. What do you guys recommend?
Thanks in advance
Seve

Is that an internal or external pump? I have to run an external pump with my tank. Going to sump the tank.
