Default Max power for GM 572 crate

Anyone have any idea how much wheel horsepower the stock 572 from GM can handle?

Looking to have our nova retuned and want to know how far we can push it.

Are you keeping the Pro-Charger?

Does the motor come as a forged unit?

Yes, keeping the same setup. From GMs website

"It has a strong, 4-bolt block that was created with a 4.560" bore just for the 572" displacement. The 572 block is fortified with a forged crank, forged rods, forged pistons"

At what point in power do these motors start getting unhappy?
