Asking $7,750.00 and the car is located in Cumming, Georgia.
This is a project car. It is not driveable and needs a full, complete restoration. It is for sale in "as-is, where-is" condition with no warranty of any type.
Original color was Forest Green with White SS stripes, Green Interior, 396 motor and a M21 4-speed manual transmission (on the build sheet in the center towards the bottom). It also has the desirable "cowl induction hood with the flapper" and is believed to be original. There is a TH 350 auto in the car now, but the original 4-speed hole is still there. It is a bench seat car (included).
There is a 1970 396 CE motor included. Numbers are "CE075156" Date stamp is J6 9 (October 6, 1969). It is a 1970 396 CE block. Some say this makes the car matching numbers. You decide. It is not the motor that originally came with the car, but it is the motor that a Chevrolet dealer would have installed as a warranty replacement in 1970. The round SS gauge dash panel is still in the car.
I believe that the quarters, trunk pan, floorpan, decklid, roof, firewall and cowl hood are original to the car. The front fenders are non-SS Malibu fenders. Both doors are GM Chevelle doors that fit great and close very easily. They are not original to the car. All metal on the car is original GM, but did not all originally go to this car.
This is a great project for a person wanting one of the most sought-after musclecars of all time. Many parts are bagged up in the trunk and clearly marked. Others are inside the car in the interior area. I have tried to include pictures of anything a person would like to see. There is also a picture of the build sheet included. They are very rare and add significant value to the car.
To see pics, click on the link and then click on the "sets" to the right. You will see the 70 Chevelle set:

There is no title to the car. Georgia does not title cars this old unless you have one already. I will provide a bill of sale and a current registration to the buyer. No calls after 10pm eastern time.
