Default This is pretty cool.. an old school ProTour/Streetfighter gets at me out of the blue!

Check it out.. i did a small piece a few months back on this guy John Dicksa and his 73 camaro.

this bad boy that got the cover of HOTROD mag in 81..

while i was looking at his writeup i thought man.. this thing is protouring BUT even more so STREETFIGHTER!

so i wrote up on it..

now a few months later i get an email from none other than the man himself Mr. Dicksa!

i got to talk to him a little bit, check out what he has been up to in this mini interview!

Thats the feature story i have been referring few times when someone has started "who started pro-touring" topic . I still recall reading that issue when it was only few years old. It was part of my older friends shop library. I am sure i still might have it somewhere.

Pretty serious ride over 30 years ago
