Default slicks

what is better? radial slicks or radial street tires or bias slicks? i have a twin turbo 3800 lb camaro running 9:30's at 160mph.

for what? Drag racing?
if so the SLICKS!!
Radial Slicks can be slightly quicker but not as many sizes to choose from.

You'll have more stability with the Radials at the top end, but the tire is very "touchy" out of the hole.

Guys are going deep 7s on drag radials (makes me wonder what my excuse is). You get stability and street manners out of a set of MTs. I guess it really depends on how "strip" dedicated your car is and track prep.

this is on a 315 mt et street radial. both are great for what you wanna do, but the slicks are better on a marginal track, radials love the glue.

if your already going 9.30s, what kinda tire are you running now, that seems to be working at least a little.
