Not much help, but I found these.

Looks like it was cruising the fair grounds with "Scar" and others that look like they won awards or were heading towards a Pro Pick area.

It appears to be a 1956 Ford Fairlane Club Sedan and it has the Thunderbird V8 badges on the front fenders and air intake. Still searching.

Still no luck finding the Ford, but I found the '55 Nomad it was parked next to it in the first picture I linked.

Thanks for the links, David! The 56 is outstanding. I want more info on the second gen in the first link. It had "Crusher" on the side " Some cool creativity and excellent workmanship!

Found another picture. The note in the slide show states that it is running a 347 stroker and 18" front 20" rear Foose wheels, but no info on owner or builder.

Short GG Colorado Article

Lakeside Rods (they built Scar and Grumpy's Tribute) built it. It is not on their website, but I found THIS ARTICLE that gives a little info.

Eric Brockmeyer did the rendering.

Roger Burman built the crusher car for the people who own the scar camaro. Pretty radical deal.
