Default Coilover Spring Rate Questions

I am putting together a 1950 Chevy truck that will have a Mustang II style front suspension and a parallel 4 bar rear. I have put on fiberglass fenders front and rear and have ditched the straight 6 for a 327 SBC. How do I know what spring rates to order for a coilover setup like QA1 or Alden?
