Of course the Chevys at Charlotte were genuine Chevys that Chevrolet Engineers designed. At Indy, Chevrolet is just badging an engine designed by a race engine firm.

But in Ford's defense, the Ford teams are not struggling because of engine issues or lack of power. It's other stuff & people.
