Default Auto Metal Direct glass

Anyone ever use this glass on a 69 camaro coupe? Everyone I talk to says that all aftermarket glass is junk and to say the truth Im scared stiff!!! I can get this glass from Jegs part # 499-3568-CS when I go to Good Guys In Columbus in the summer and drive it home with me but just wanna see if its decent stuff. Thanks in advance.
Steve

Steve, Hi I have bought plenty of amd sheetmetal but have not used any of there glass kits. We had a customer bring his 67 camaro to us last year and he bought a glass kit from classic industries. It fit ok but not like oem. Joe

Well I spoke with an AMD rep and he says that they r having a great success rate at selling the camaro glass and no issues. So I guess I will be picking up a set of glass at Good Guys Columbus. Not sure if I should go with clear or tinted. Clear is my first choice but wondering if anyone has used the tinted glass. Love to hear how it looks.
Thanks
Steve

Steve I was going to the same and get AMD kit at Jegs but I am going to get mine at Pilkington now when I go to Goodguys,it is in Columbus also, alot more money but I hear the quality is better. They priced me the glass for a 69 at around $900 plus $110 if you were to have it shipped.

I bought my last glass kit from Camaro Central and it fit pretty descent but I am not sure what brand it was because it was about 4 years ago.,Jay @ABS builds some very nice cars and he uses Auto City Glass and says its fits good.
